The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the scientific programme including the presentations and poster sessions.
  • Delegate bag, delegate badge, and conference materials.
  • Tea/coffee-breaks during the Conference.
  • Lunches during the Conference.
  • Special dinners during the Conference.
What is not covered by the Fee?

  • Accommodation charges and other expenses therein.
Accompanying person’s fee includes

  • The fee includes Tea/coffee-breaks and Lunched during the Conference. Registration material will not be provided to the accompanying person.
How to Register?

Note: Read the instruction for “How to Register” for AMI conference carefully as after the submission of the respective forms at each step, including Registration form/ Registration Details/ Payment Details/Abstract Submission, No further changes can be made.

Step 1: Create an account and Sign-In
  • Create account first by clicking on New User. Enter the details in the respective columns. Registered participants can sign-in to their account by using Existing User option and entering their Registration ID and password.
  • Once signed-in, you will be directed to AMI DASHBOARD. A participant can either go pack to Homepage or logout at any time using the two options on the DASHBOARD.
  • To proceed further, click the Fill Registration Details.
Step 2: Fill Registration Details
  • Fill Registration Details option is clicked, an online New Registration form window will open. Fill in all details in the form and click submit. All entries are mandatory in the registration form. Please ensure that correct details have been furnished during filling up the Registration form as NO CHANGE can be made after its submission. Once you fill the details, based on the category, accompanying person and workshop option, the amount to be paid will be automatically displayed here.
  • After registration, proceed to online payment using the AMI-Bank details provided at How to Register page. Once payment is made, the details of Online payment should be saved as the details will be furnished in Fill Payment Details form available at AMI DASHBOARD.
  • After submission, Registration details can be accessed at AMI DASHBOARD page by clicking View Registration Details.
Step 3: Fill Payment Details
  • Only after the submission of Registration Form at previous step, Fill Payment Details option at AMI DASHBOARD will be active. Click this option and fill up the online payment details (Transaction ID etc) at this page and submit.
  • After submission of the payment details, you can review Payment Details using the Check Payment Details option available at AMI DASHBOARD.
  • Participants will receive an email confirmation of their payment received by us in 24 to 72 hours. After receiving the email confirmation, please go to Proceed to Fill Abstracts option at AMI DASHBOARD for the submission of abstract. The abstract submission form has a limit of 2000 characters inclusive of spaces.
  • Once abstract is submitted, participants will receive an auto-generated email from AMI organizing secretory confirming your participation in the conference.
  • Congratulations, the Registration Process for AMI-conference is now complete.
Remember your registration id, that will act as point of reference.
Step 04.
  • Once registration is done, you will be required to fill the registration fees as shown in your registration form.
Step 05.
  • Fill the Payment details and keep checking your payment status. Once confirmed within 48 hours you will get email and submit the abstract.
Step 06.
  • Once abstract is submitted you will know the status of the Abstract acceptance on the portal.Remember your registration ID, that will act as a point of reference.
  • The online registration process will close on October 15, 2018. There is also a possibility for on-site registration at the Conference venue. Registration will be on ‘first come first serve’ basis. Online payment will not be accepted for on-site registration and the number for such registration is limited to only 100 participants.
